Cockpit maker Deb King will be showing intricate silk passementerie pieces in this group exhibition of textile art.
The work on show will include skilled and often unconventional examples of hand stitch, tapestry, off-loom weaving, natural and pigment dyeing, sculptural knitting, basketry, passementerie weaving, textile book art and mixed media collage.
Each artist brings their own perspective and particular expertise and whilst the origins and inspirations for these pieces are highly individual, visitors will detect common threads and thought provoking dialogues between the works.
